In 2018, Canstar surveyed 1,022 Kiwi motorists and when it came to customer satisfaction one car maker clearly outshone the rest: Suzuki.

In fact, the popular Japanese brand won the award for most satisfied customers for the fourth time in five years and the second year in a row.

Suzuki has the most satisfied customers in the country because of its excellent service as well as its high quality, reliable and value for money cars.

In a Canstar survey, Suzuki won the top spot for driving experience, reliability, value for money and after sale service with a five star rating for each. The brand was also rated a respectable four stars for point-of-sale service. Suzuki beat out premium brands like BMW and Audi, as well as some of the biggest brands in the world like Toyota and Hyundai to claim the top spot in five out of six categories.

The fact that Suzuki has won this award for four out of the last five years show the car maker is consistently creating happy, loyal customers.

Understandably, the Japanese company is happy with the results:

“We are clearly pleased for Suzuki to be the only manufacturer to rate so consistently across all six categories,” said Fiona Bridgford, Marketing Manager for Suzuki New Zealand. “It is a wonderful endorsement from our customers and our thanks goes out to them and our supportive dealer network.”
