Nicholson’s has been in business for over 40 years and we’ve seen much change in that time. This is not the motor industry of old anymore. We believe that the next five years will see more change than ever before.

It’s a hugely exciting time to be part of the motor industry. To help us navigate this exciting future, we are looking for talented people who are creative and adaptable.

We Value Diversity

Just like our communities, the Nicholson’s team is made up of a diverse group of people.

We value diversity; it keeps things real! We have a number of structures and systems in place that support our employees and enable them to have a voice.

The system is constantly being informed by our team members and it works! We are proud of our culture and the way that all our staff contribute to making Nicholson’s a fantastic place to work every day.

Don’t just take our word for it; here are some words from staff members

"I started with Nicholson’s as a Service Advisor in 2016. I moved into sales and later got promoted to Sales Manager. I recently had my first child and Nicholson's were really accommodating with my transition back into the workforce. As a working mum this can be intimidating, and they made the process as seamless as possible."

Abi Webb

"I started with Nicholson's in July 2019 after a break away from the industry. By December I was offered the role as Parts Manager. I’ve been given the training and tools I need to be successful in my role as Parts Manager. I really enjoy our communication and that we work as a collective. That’s quite different to places I've worked in the past. "

Mark Mountfort

"I started working with Nicholson's as an apprentice in 2015. Since then, I have become a qualified technician, and recently became a qualified WOF inspector too. Not long ago I moved to a new Nicholson location. This allowed me to develop more knowledge and better myself and my skills as a technician. I enjoy working at Nicholson's because it’s a friendly work environment and everyone works as a team. "
